We provide our clients with the highest standard of professional practice in a relaxed and therapeutic environment. Our psychologists creatively implement individualised evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of presenting concerns.
We place a heavy emphasis on increasing emotional resilience and coping mechanisms to prevent the exacerbation of difficulties and development of severe mental health problems by implementing individualised evidence-based treatment approaches and standardised assessment tools.
Our psychologists are also actively involved in research and continually undergo professional development to ensure they are implementing efficacious interventions.
We aim to provide our clients with a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment and when appropriate, involve all family members in the learning process.
